Insurance

Access to a group rate for Professional Liability Insurance is offered through a CAPA membership.

Physician Assistants

Must be a member of CAPA (Regular, Sustained, New Grad or Student).

Must be a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant or eligible to write the Canadian PA Cert Exam (PACE).

Clinical Assistants

Clinical Assistants who are licensed to practice in Manitoba must register with CAPA under the Non-PA CPD Tracking Tool member category.

Member fees are listed on the Renew/Become a Member page of the CAPA website.

Liability Insurance – CAPA group plan member benefit

The group plan is with BMS Canada Risk Services Limited.

To obtain a policy, BMS will require your CAPA member number.

Professional Liability Insurance plan include, individual coverage for up to $10,000,000 per incident; $0 deductible, for a $625 annual premium.
