Disputes between employees and the employers are not uncommon. We encourage you as an employee to take all available steps afforded to you by your Regional Health Authority prior to contacting PCAM. This may include discussions going up your programs management structure with or without the assistance of human resources.
PCAM is available to offer representation to attend these discussions if needed to assist in a resolution. If you are unable to come to a resolution you may file a grievance with PCAM by emailing the executive.
We will then appoint a grievance officer to handle your issue specifically. This may or may not include the use of our legal council.
