The Board of Directors would like to call for members interested in joining the PCAM Board of Directors to apply for nomination. What does this mean? Each member who is interested in joining the board will need to be nominated by another PCAM member in writing to the PCAM board of directors.

All interested members must submit to the PCAM board the following:

  • A written nomination from a PCAM member supporting your candidacy
  • A letter of intent outlining your interest, qualifications, and relevant experience
  • A cover letter;
  • A current resume.

All nomination materials must be submitted to the Board of Directors no later than Monday, May 4, 2026. Submissions received after this date will not be considered.

The Nomination Committee will review all complete applications. Qualified candidates will be presented for election at the PCAM Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2026.

Board Commitment
 Serving on the PCAM Board of Directors requires a commitment to:

  • Attend monthly board meetings (up to two hours)
  • Participate in ongoing email discussions and decision-making
